Before you order

  • There will be a 2 working day processing period and our friendly customer service will contact you to confirm your orders and schedules.
  • Once you place your order, you will receive two emails 1/ order notification 2/ Delivery dates google form (it can sometimes land in your spam) to fill out your delivery dates and address 
  • All our meals are ready to be consumed and we recommend reheating the food (other than Salads) from 2-3 minutes depending on your preference.
  • Full Day Meals will have both Lunch and Dinner with a Snack delivered together. There will not be any separate deliveries/pick up done.
  • Full Day Meals Dinner have to be refrigerated after delivery.

Dietary Requirements

We can accept the following requests:

  • No Beef/Lamb
  • No Seafood
  • No spicy food/chilis
  • No Nuts
  • No dairy
  • Take out one specific vegetable or food ingredient you do not like

We cannot cater to the following requests:

  • Vegetarian/Vegan plans (will come soon)
  • No onion/garlic/ginger
  • Numerous food ingredients you cannot eat
  • Customise plans based on your macros, or multiple foods you do not want to eat

Delivery Fees - YOLO MART

  • We charge a $6 delivery fee for orders below $100, for orders above $100, the delivery fee is waved.

Delivery Fees - YOLO Meal Plan

  • For full-day plans, we do not charge any delivery fees.
  • For half-day plans, we charge $3.5 per day.

Operating Time

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm.

Any emails/inquiries outside these hours will receive a response within two business working day.

We are closed on public holidays and weekends. No deliveries will be made during these times.

What is the time for Meal Plan Pick Up from the outlets?

The meal plan pick up time is 11.30am - 2.00pm.

Where can i pick up my Meal Plan?

YOLO Star Vista (#01-48)

YOLO Tanjong Pagar, Icon Village #01-01/02/03/04

You will receive a link after you purchase your plan to select your meals.

Meal Plan Delivery

What are the areas that we do not deliver to?

We deliver island-wide in Singapore except Jurong Island and any restricted area with high security clearance.

Restricted locations such as Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, Alps Avenue, Briyani Terminal, Jurong Island, Kusu Island, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Busing, Rifle Range, Seletar Aerospace, St John Island, Turf Club Avenue, West Camp Road, SMRT Headquarter, and any army restricted area

Additional $6.0 delivery per day will be charged for addresses in Sentosa Island and Tuas. Additional delivery charges will be invoiced separately after you checked out from our website.

Do you guys delivery on weekends?

Due to low demand on weekends, we have ceased operations of our weekend delivery. Our mealplan are delivered from Monday - Friday only, and we do not deliver on public holidays too.

When is the food being delivered?

FULL-DAY Plans

You will receive your food every morning between 9.30am-12.30pm at the address you provided.

HALF DAY Plans

For lunch orders, you will receive your food every morning between 9.30am-12.30pm at the address you provided.

For dinner orders, you will received your food between 4.00PM-7.00PM.

Do note that specific time cannot be chosen for meal delivery.

What if I need to cancel or change a delivery?

You have to notify us for any changes/cancellation before 12.00pm two working days prior the scheduled delivery. If you fail to notify by then, your meal will be counted and delivered accordingly.

Any change of delivery address after 12.00pm two working days prior the scheduled delivery, we will have to charge $9.0 for re-delivery fee and delivery time will not be within the time frame of 9.30am – 12.30pm for redelivery.

When using YOLO Group to order meal plan delivery, you will be receiving the services of an independent delivery driver/runner.

If I buy a plan, can I change the delivery address?

You are free to change the delivery address on any given delivery. Once you purchase a plan, you will receive a link to fill-out your delivery dates and addresses. The address can change depending on the delivery date, it is all up to you!

Do I need to receive the food every day?

Our subscription plan is very flexible as you select when you receive your daily package. Once, twice or 5 times a week is all up to you!

Meal Customisation, Allergen and Dietary Requirements

 

How frequently do you change your menu?

Our menu are curated on a 2 week cycle basis. Menu will be sent to you through email blast every 2 weeks.

Can the meals be customized?

We do not cater to customise orders e.g. Build Your Own Bowls

 

Do you provide Keto/Atkins/Vegan/Vegetarian plans?

We currently do not have any plans that fit these dietary requirements but we will keep those in mind for our future plans.

Ordering and Payments

All orders are processed online at yolomealplan.sg

Customers are billed directly on the website and YOLO Group will be the name of the company that appears on your payment records.

All orders after 6.00pm will be processed on the next business working day.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to approval by higher management in YOLO Group Pte Ltd. We reserved the right to reject any refund with appropriate reasons.

Our policy lasts 3 working days. If you are requesting to cancel your order that is being processed, you must contact us before 3 working days or we will not accept any change or cancellations after 3 working days.

Prior change and cancellations are at our discretion and a refund of any cancelled order will be transferred back to your credit card that was used to place the order.
