Do you guys provide lunch or dinner only plans?

With our newly launched half-day plan, you now have the option to receive lunch/dinner only, coupled with a tasty snack.

Do you guys delivery on weekends?

Due to low demand on weekends, we have ceased operations of our weekend delivery. Our mealplan are delivered from Monday - Friday only, and we do not deliver on public holidays too. 

Are there delivery fees?

If you select a full-day plan, you will not pay any delivery fees. For Half-day plans, we charge delivery at $3.5 only!

What are the areas that we do not deliver to?

We deliver island-wide in Singapore except Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa and any restricted area with high security clearance.

Restricted locations such as Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, Alps Avenue, Briyani Terminal, Jurong Island, Kusu Island, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Busing, Rifle Range, Seletar Aerospace, St John Island, Turf Club Avenue, West Camp Road, SMRT Headquarter, and any army restricted area

When is the food being delivered?

FULL-DAY Plans: You will receive your food every morning between 9:30AM-12:00PM at the address you provided.

HALF DAY Plans: For lunch orders, you will receive your food every morning between 9:30AM-12:00PM at the address you provided. For dinner orders, you will received your food between 4.00PM-7.00PM.

Do you provide Keto/Atkins/Vegan/Vegetarian plans?

We currently do not have any plans that fit these dietary requirements but we will keep those in mind for our future plans.

What if I don’t take beef or have more specific dietary requirements?

We are able to change beef (or other proteins) with some of our other proteins. We can also accommodate other requirements as long as it is doable on our side. Please inquire at mealplan@yolofood.com.sgto confirm.

What if I need to cancel or change a delivery?

You have to notify us for any changes/cancelation by 12PM one-day prior the scheduled delivery. If you fail to notify by then, we will have to charge you for the meal.

If I buy a plan, can I change the delivery address?

You are free to change the delivery address on any given delivery. Once you purchase a plan, you will receive a link to fill-out your delivery dates and addresses. The address can change depending on the delivery date, it is all up to you!

Do I need to receive the food everyday?

Our subscription plan is very flexible as you select when you receive your daily package. Once, twice or 5 times a week is all up to you!

Is the food chilled or frozen?

Our food is made fresh on a daily basis. You will receive your daily package including your lunch, snack and dinner, cooked fresh.

How do I keep and prepare the meals?

Once you receive your daily meal plan, please make sure to store the meals in your fridge. Once you want to consume them, pleas make sure to follow the reheating instructions on the label, in order to fully enjoy our meals!

What is this service all about?

We are here to be your personal nutritionist in providing three simple plans that to help you #eatyourgoals. They are tasty, convenient, affordable and personalized to your needs! Our in-house nutritionist has worked hard to provide a program that will make you feel that you are not dieting!

How much does it cost?

Our prices will vary depending on the calorie target you choose and the length of your subscription. The longer it is the cheaper it gets! From $33.9/day for our daily plan to $27.9/day if you take a longer plan! Inclusive of delivery!

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to approval by higher management in YOLO Group Pte Ltd. We reserved the right to reject any refund with appropriate reasons.
