This program gives you the freedom to choose to receive either lunch or dinner. You still get to enjoy our nutrients packed meals whenever you feel like it!

Step 1: Select the calorie target you wish to follow

1000 kcal – This daily calorie target is for extreme weight loss for both men and women

1400 kcal – This daily calorie target is for a light weight loss for women and hard weight loss for men

1800 kcal – This daily calorie target is targeting wellness for women and light weight loss for men

Step 2: Choose your subscription plan

Step 3: Once you have purchased your plan, you will receive a link to fill-out your delivery dates, orders (lunch or dinner) and addresses.
